Dennis Perkins III Joins CIVITAS to Expand New York CRE Advisory Footprint

His new role will expand CIVITAS's coverage across its growing New York CRE brokerage and advisory platform with a focus on tenant representation in the government, technology, and retail sectors.
Dennis will leverage his experience in brokerage, investment, marketing and CRE tech developed both in the U.S. and internationally. Dennis joins CIVITAS from Kamani Living in Dubai, UAE, where he served as real estate advisor. Dennis served in previous roles with Better Homes in Dubai, UAE and JLL Technologies in Atlanta, GA.
As native New Yorker and former college intern with CIVITAS, Dennis is thrilled to return to the Big Apple and continue CIVITAS’s commitment to civic projects and equitable growth in the country’s leading gateway city. His personal approach through every phase of the client relationship has yielded consistent value creation in communities where his clients love to live, work, and play.
