Franklin has built partnerships with national real estate developers to scale their investments in the greater Richmond MSA. Through Canterbury Development Group, he has also originated, financed, developed and asset managed hundreds of units of student housing and affordable housing units. He will contribute longstanding relationships with government entities and community stakeholders throughout the Commonwealth while aligning with CIVITAS’s commitment to equitable growth. Franklin’s hands-on approach through every phase of the development process, from land acquisition through delivery, has yielded consistent value creation across asset classes.
